Introduction Andrea Proietti, ItalyProietti was born in Rome in 1976. At the age of 21 he moved to Cremona where he began his training in the Construction, Maintenance and Restoration of the Classical Quartet’s Strings. During his training he worked in Avignon with Katia Luis and Rem Bertaux and in Paris with Edwin Clemnt, where he learned the construction technique of the French arch. Back in Cremona, in 2002 he began his collaboration in Giovanni Lucchi’s laboratory where he remained until 2006, specializing in Construction and Restoration. He teaches at the International School of Bow Making in Cremona from 2003 to 2010, dealing specifically with the subject of the Arch Construction Laboratory. In 2007 he moved to Cesena, opening his own laboratory, where he still works. His bows are also very popular in Switzerland, Austria and Germany. Since 2017 he regularly attends courses with Tibor Kovacs in Paris. [‘here2025’]

Distinctive and luxurious wedding band featuring a contrast of rich yellow gold and oxidized silver.

The ring is made of sterling silver, slightly textured with reticulation and oxidized.
Gold spots are solid 18k gold. It is a random mix of gold dust, micro granules and solder fused to the silver surface.
The edges and inside of the ring are solid 18k yellow gold.

Most of the ring’s weight is gold, silver is used only as a base for my Gold Chaos technique. This technique isn’t possible with any other metal.
Gold edges and inside made the ring not only more luxurious but also sturdier and more scratch resistant than silver only rings.
It has a nice weight to it (approx. 7-8g depending on size), but it is not too heavy. Rounded edges make the ring very comfortable.

The silver part is oxidized and polished. Patina is already polished on the high spots and stays in the deeper parts.

Due to the technique used, every ring is unique with a different texture.

Width: 8 mm

Gold edges are 1 mm wide.
Thickness of the ring is approx. 1.4 mm.
