Description Physical Characteristics: The JUNIPERUS CONFERTA typically grows to a height of 1 to 1.5 feet and spreads between 6 to 8 feet wide. Its dense, decumbent form features fragrant, blue-green awl-shaped leaves that are spiny-pointed and arranged in groups of three. The foliage exhibits a striking color change in winter, transitioning from bronze-green to yellow-green. The plant produces small male cones that are yellowish-brown and female cones that are round and berry-like, maturing into dark blue or green fruits with a silvery bloom. Growing Conditions: This hardy plant thrives in full sun and prefers dry, sandy soils with excellent drainage. It is adaptable to various soil types, including slightly alkaline, acidic, and neutral soils. The JUNIPERUS CONFERTA is drought-tolerant and can withstand hot conditions while being intolerant of excess moisture. Ecological Benefits: The Shore Juniper is not only visually appealing but also beneficial for wildlife; it attracts birds and provides erosion control on slopes or coastal areas. Its resistance to deer makes it an excellent choice for gardens where these animals may be present. Cultivation Tips: For optimal growth, plant the JUNIPERUS CONFERTA in well-drained soil with good sunlight exposure. It requires minimal maintenance once established and can be propagated through stem cuttings. This plant is suitable for use in rock gardens, foundation plantings, mass plantings, or as ground cover over retaining walls. Distinctive and luxurious wedding band featuring a contrast of rich yellow gold and oxidized silver.
The ring is made of sterling silver, slightly textured with reticulation and oxidized.
Gold spots are solid 18k gold. It is a random mix of gold dust, micro granules and solder fused to the silver surface.
The edges and inside of the ring are solid 18k yellow gold.
Most of the ring’s weight is gold, silver is used only as a base for my Gold Chaos technique. This technique isn’t possible with any other metal.
Gold edges and inside made the ring not only more luxurious but also sturdier and more scratch resistant than silver only rings.
It has a nice weight to it (approx. 7-8g depending on size), but it is not too heavy. Rounded edges make the ring very comfortable.
The silver part is oxidized and polished. Patina is already polished on the high spots and stays in the deeper parts.
Due to the technique used, every ring is unique with a different texture.
Width: 8 mm
Gold edges are 1 mm wide.
Thickness of the ring is approx. 1.4 mm.
The ring will be shipped with safe express shipping.
Please see other rings in the Gold Chaos collection. I am open to custom orders and I can make rings with different amounts of gold and/or different width etc.
