Awesome replacement for Pella Architect series sliding doors. Mine have a mfg date of 2004 and I felt under the door and the wheel truck housing had the flange. So I gave it a whirl and they are done in under a couple hours including learning and getting the sawhorses and tools out. I am sure there is a tool to remove the wheel assembly but just prying the flanges with screwdrivers while yanking on vice-grips on wheels finally for the out…just elbow grease. I was worried but it all works more wonderful that I could have imagined. No more using all your weight to slide the thing, now it continues rolling by itself until it latches.I tried dealing with Pella but they were very difficult, but nice. I waited 2 weeks on them to get someone to quote the parts and install and then it was wrong. So they7 had to wait to get a new quote. Then you have to enter a contract and then wait for them to schedule. I ordered these from Amazon and within 2 days had the job done myself, but it is a 2 man job. These particular doors are very large and heavy. Watched some youtube videos and just got going.
