I watched a video on YouTube on how to install new rollers and had to take a bit of a guess on what Part I needed. I couldn’t find any model number for our door, but we installed this pella sliding door around 20 years ago, give or take. There’s technically no “authentic” pella door replacement rollers unless you pay them to do the repair (in my area this repair at the end of 2024 was quoted at ~$400 with a 4-6 week lead time to get someone out here).Our German Shepherds are idiots and knocked the door off of the track which was the final straw for the rollers after having had this happen 3 times prior. It’s the middle of Winter so I couldn’t wait a month or more to be able to use my back door.I got a couple of guys to help me get the door off, and laid it on a dog bed so it wouldn’t get damaged. We had the old ones out and new ones in within 15 minutes. Put the door back up, adjusted the rollers and I swear this door didn’t work this good when it was first installed. Excellent parts, and getting them delivered quickly really saved our buns because we were able to do the repair between snow storms and severe temperature dips.They’re all metal, solid and work great, these exceeded my expectations, even my mother, who is very critical by nature, was impressed.
