I really struggled to find a good tub. I wanted a plain modern apron front and did NOT want a whirlpool tub. I did want a really deep tub. I researched a ton and landed on this. Mixed review, the good first. It is a beautiful tub. Super contemporary, sleek and just everything a tub should be. It’s sturdy: I moved it around myself a bunch with no consideration for the corners… I got lucky because none of the corners chipped or cracked. Lastly because of how the tub is built you do NOT need to set it in concrete or do anything else extra supportive. This saves a ton of work. The not as good: the bottom of the tub is a solid 3 inches off the ground so it’s actually not as deep as you might expect given the height measurement. Also the overflow is really low so be prepared to get an overflow cover to really fill the tub to the top. The terrible: the documentation that comes with the tub SUCKS. Good luck trying to find the measurements you need for the plumbing in that thing. The legs which screw in and out to adjust for height are not stable. We had to glue them in place in order to keep them from moving around. Hint for install; I wrapped my tub with 15 bucks of insulation before install. HUGE difference. My tub sits on a concrete slab and against two exterior walls. Nonetheless my water stays super warm. Score! Overall a good tub. I LOVE the look of it. Sleek, modern… perfect. Not as deep as I had hoped given how bloody tall it is.
