Made in Germany by RICHTER, to high quality and face is marked TIEF (Low) and HOCH (high) The black Pointer shows the pressure, and the gilt arrow can be set to current reading so with any pressure change, it advises if pressure is rising, Good weather coming or falling, bad weather coming. The Barometer has a working adjustment screw to rear to change reading to your local Altitude / Pressure for greater accuracy. Just determine your current local Atmospheric pressure via web, adjust dial to correct position and it automatically adjusts for your locality from then on; the thermometer gives accurate ambient temperature.
