Benefits of Aerating Your Pond Aeration will create a healthier ecosystem by accelerating the decomposition of organic material/muck, which acts like fertilizer for the weeds and algae in your pond. Aerating your pond will also make your fish grow faster and prevent fish kills resulting from low oxygen levels. All ponds will naturally stratify/layer as a result of varying pond water temperatures. This layering prevents oxygen from making it down to the bottom of the pond. Over time organic matter such as leaves accumulate there and, since there is very little oxygen available, this material undergoes anaerobic decomposition, which is slow and produces foul odors. When the accumulation of organic matter is more rapid than the decomposition rate, muck begins to accumulate, creating a nutrient rich layer of fertilizer which feeds plants and algae. Adding oxygen to the bottom of your pond creates a more rapid, aerobic decomposition environment. This reduces the amount of muck and nutrients in the bottom of your pond which slows the growth of weeds and algae, eliminates odors, and makes your pond cleaner and more attractive.

Distinctive and luxurious wedding band featuring a contrast of rich yellow gold and oxidized silver.

The ring is made of sterling silver, slightly textured with reticulation and oxidized.
Gold spots are solid 18k gold. It is a random mix of gold dust, micro granules and solder fused to the silver surface.
The edges and inside of the ring are solid 18k yellow gold.

Most of the ring’s weight is gold, silver is used only as a base for my Gold Chaos technique. This technique isn’t possible with any other metal.
Gold edges and inside made the ring not only more luxurious but also sturdier and more scratch resistant than silver only rings.
It has a nice weight to it (approx. 7-8g depending on size), but it is not too heavy. Rounded edges make the ring very comfortable.

The silver part is oxidized and polished. Patina is already polished on the high spots and stays in the deeper parts.

Due to the technique used, every ring is unique with a different texture.

Width: 8 mm

Gold edges are 1 mm wide.
Thickness of the ring is approx. 1.4 mm.

The ring will be shipped with safe express shipping.

Please see other rings in the Gold Chaos collection. I am open to custom orders and I can make rings with different amounts of gold and/or different width etc.
